LEAD Foundations is available to help you begin your skill journey. You can reinforce and enhance your skills through the 12 courses offered in this learning path. Just click on the tiles to explore each of the 4 skills courses for each Leadership Formula competency: Plan & Strategize, Lead & Influence, Execute & Achieve. LEAD to Succeed series. This weekly learning series helps reinforce our 12 Leadership Formula skills. And, because we know everyone is busy, this learning series is presented in short bites to make for easy-to-digest content. A new 2-5 minute learning drops each Wednesday at 9 am central in the Our People & Impact space of DIRECTV Central.
