LEAD Foundations is available to help you begin your skill journey. You can also reinforce and enhance your skills through the
LEAD TO SUCCEED series. This weekly learning series helps reinforce our 12 leadership formula skills. And, because we know everyone is busy, this learning series is presented in short bites to make for easy-to-digest content. A new 2-5 minute learning drops each Wednesday at 9 am central. You can find these posted in our LEAD Workplace Group.

1) Build a strong sense of community with team members across the company who are focused on development,
2) Create customized development experiences unique to individual needs using matching technology, and
3) Gain feedback from the pilot participants (mentors and mentees) to help us make the program even better for 2023!
